Jason Conway - Founder
With a Masters in Engineering, Bachelor of Commerce and real-world experience in Business and Process Engineering, Jason brings a unique and valuable perspective to each project.
While completing his studies, Jason founded and managed his own small business. As a result, he began to understand the challenges many small businesses face. Along the journey he shared his experience with other small businesses, advising them on strategy, marketing and process improvement. He went on to serve as a director on several boards, managing new business and strategy portfolios.
As a Process Engineer and Business Adviser within a large energy company, Jason was focused on improving both the technical and business processes.
As a result, he successfully reduced costs and increased output across a variety of departments. After many years as project lead, Jason realised poorly defined business processes are in fact not unique to large companies. They affect businesses of all shapes and sizes, and often the consequences are far worse for smaller businesses.

A new type of consultancy
It was from Jason’s desire to help businesses “work smarter” that Untap Strategy was born.
Jason oversees each project and directs our trusted network of partners/contractors and the internal team at Untap Strategy. In the last decade, he’s built strong relationships with multiple industries. He works closely with business owners on their process improvement and business strategy with transformational results.
